A State of Emergency has been declared in the state of Texas due to the impact of wildfires. Because of this, we are allowing pharmacies to override the Refill-Too-Soon (RTS) edit at the point of sale to make sure members do not experience any issues in receiving their medication(s). This temporary override applies to both pharmacies and members located in the affected state and will be in place for 15 days. Please contact your Account Manager if you have any questions.
