State of Emergency - South Carolina - November 07, 2024

A State of Emergency (SoE) has been declared for South Carolina due to severe weather.

A State of Emergency has been declared in South Carolina due to severe weather. Because of this, we are allowing pharmacies to override the Refill-Too-Soon (RTS) edit at the point of sale to make sure members do not experience any issues in receiving their medication(s). This temporary override applies to both pharmacies and members located in the affected state and will be in place through November 21, 2024. Please contact your Account Manager if you have any questions.
